We all consider it obvious, that an average polismen is a simple character, coarsened by his dirty work. Whereas a priest is expected to be educated and clean. We all understand that a factory worker don't have a same experience as a fashion designer. We tell jokes about Army versus Air Force.

But.

We all forget it when we hear magic words investor, manager, millionaire. We think that these guys in good cars and clothes are all of the same club.

But business fields are no less different than professional. And different kinds of money are served by different kinds of people.

It's hard to get rich in Israel. Constant warfare will always guarantee a higher "footprint" of government in economic affairs than a long peace might.

If only it was so simple...

Heavy war budget isn't affect the economy much. In a way it even helps. But you probably right - political toll is heavy and economical problems can not get deserved priority as a result.
