Open account at cheap hosting provider
Set up company site
Set up Linux server (not at the provider!)
Set up Apache
Set up access through variable IP and bugged router
Set up SVN databases for code and shared files
Set up TRAC for timeline, milestones, tickets
Set up WIKI for all sorts of project related documentation
Link all autentication stuff together
Set up company FTP
Set up company e-mail and their forwarding
Set up e-mail notification in TRAC/WIKI
Set up backup routine for the whole damn system
Ensure that each developer knows how to use the system and installed all necessary clients
Write development policy

- What? Two month gone and we are still at the beginning? Remind me - what this thing was about?
