I always thought that email is the first one in the list. Then you can skip the rest for coffee.
BTW, what's about firewalls and filters? or is it about big companies?

Yea, firewall/filters are for heavier weight. of course a simple firewall is always there, but it is not as important...

by the way - you ever worked with Wiki? If so - what engine do you like?

+ Nightly build engine
+ Unit test framework

By the way, you might consider JIRA as a possible option to TRAC, it is for free for open-source projects

TRAC has an embedded Wiki, so you can erase that one. All in all it shouldn't take more than a week (2 tops) to go through this list (except development policy, which noone will follow anyway).

Wiki in TRAC is oversimplified. You can use it to outline project shape and rules, but when you start to use it for writing documentation - problems can start.

And all in all should take 2 weeks tops, yea. If you are already know what you are doing...

I haven't had any troubles with TRAC's Wiki, and if I did - I could write a macro to deal with it. But then again - I never had the need, so I don't know how hard is it writing a macro for TRAC.
