1) Please explain how Al-Qaeda - a terrorist net - can take over anything. You probably refer to Muslim Brotherhood and such?

2) No - I do not think that things will be seriously better in Libya at any foreseeable future. But I do believe in evolution. Without Gadhafi the country can evolve. With him and his sons - it couldn't.

PS - and it is always fun when overpowered murderous dictator gets a full spoon of his own medicine.

Evolution is good idea, but the chaos is highly expected and nobody knows for how long... In Somali it's about 20 years yet. So good for ordinary people, huh.

As for "murderous dictator"... As far as I know, the most complaining thing for Gaddafi was "he rules Libya too long". There are no proven information about the "seas of blood", thoughands of killed rebels and so on. Rebells are totally dark horses and not capable to do anything without NATO support. At all, there are too many buzz and false about this war.

By murderous I rather relate to his previous achievements. Like war in Chad or planning of Pan Am Flight 103 (Lockerbie) and UTA Flight 772 bombings.
