Dogville IS a very good movie.
Quite unexpected. I thought it will be a lot more bloody and shallow.
And no, Tom wasn't good enough. Grace too, by the way. And I don't mean her final decision.
I am afraid of von Trier next movies, though. In a way Dogville remind me Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card. The case when author create something larger than himself, but tries to continue. The political implications around the movie are already getting to him. Well, we will hope for the best.

I read the sequel, "Speaker for the Dead" also. It turned out to be the most bizarre book I ever read. And the author missed (?) a key moment about his hero, which turns him into a very unhero.
