During the latest Russian and East Europe revolution wave, Bulgarians torched their Committee of State Security, Germans broke in and ransacked their Stasi and Russians... appointed a new KGB director.

So, girls and boys, when the next revolution will visit Moscow - we'll know how to predict its long term outcome.
